Forest’s 1st choice RB/RWB and LB/LWB may benefit from Nuno’s defensive competence as a manager.
Nuno came in and steadied the defensive ship at Forest towards the end of the season, helping them to Premier League safety in the process.
With a pre-season working under Nuno, the Forest defence may have a slight uptick in defensive form, making their defender picks worth a shout.
Neco has the most attacking threat of the two players, although Aina can also play at RB, which may mean the odd benching for Neco once in a while, although unlikely.
Murillo (£4.5m)
Forest’s 1st choice defender at CCB (in a back 3) and LCB (in a back 4) is nailed.
He can be a real creative weapon at times, because of his ability to launch a left footed ball over the top to the Forest forwards, which gives him a route to some points.
Willy Boly (£4.5m) / Nikola Milenković (£4.5m)
These two players pose the greatest aerial threat from the Forest defence and will be competing for the starting spot alongside Murillo.
With Boly being fairly injury prone, I’d expect Milenković to get a decent amount of game time.
