The Brazilian forward should improve on his respectable tally of 9 goals last season, because he was integrated into the starting 11 after the campaign had already commenced.
Should he take up penalty duty he could be a better value option than the likes of Mateta (£7.5m) and Nicolas Jackson (£7.5m) who won’t be the designated spot kick takers for Crystal Palace or Chelsea respectively.
He’ll obviously be relying on good service from his midfielders and fullbacks, but he’s certainly one to watch especially if Fulham improve their profligacy in front of goal when playing away from home.
Raúl Jiménez (£5.5m)
Jiménez will step in when Fulham need a goal in the closing stages of games, and should start in cup competitions when Muniz may need a rest.
Not expected to challenge Muniz for the starting spot and should purely be seen as Fulham’s backup forward.
